Training & Readiness Project Manager

Position Overview: This is an contracting opportunity through AusTech, Inc.
to work on projects for a large software client in Redmond, WA. You will be
developing curriculum content and documentation on a suite of applications that
support our client's marketing initiatives and processes.
Position Description:
Plan, design and develop training materials, including selecting appropriate
delivery methods, deliverable formats and sources of content.
Interact with stakeholders, business process owners, application developers
and SMEs across multiple teams in order to understand training needs and define
training requirements.
Conduct Train-the-Trainers with regional trainers in order to prepare them for
the delivery of training in their region.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Experience in developing courseware on highly-technical subjects, such as computer
software, complex business process or marketing processes.
Experience delivering Instructor Led Training and Train-the-Trainer.
Proficient with MS Office tools, including as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Experience using Windows SharePoint Services and Live Meeting.
Strong "people" skills, including interpersonal, communication, organizational,
facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to execute initiatives on time while working on multiple deliverables.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the development and production of e-learning courseware is desired.
Marketing or marketing management experience is desired.

Live Meeting Recording for on-demand learning
Captivate or Producer simulation development
