Senior Instructional Designer

A globalization and localization services company in Bellevue seeks a
Senior Instructional Designer for a direct hire position.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties
Designs, develop, and implement instructor-led and online training
courses for a variety of clients. Lead the analysis of client
requirements and design/prototyping/deployment/evaluation of training
modules, workshops, and courses.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Reviewing the ILT content that has already been reviewed by
junior instructional designers and providing feedback on quality of
review.
· Interacting with ID Group Lead (senior person) and other
instructional designers to understand quality requirements.
· Providing training to the India based instructional designers.
· Assist in hiring, mentoring, managing other US-based
instructional designers.
· Travel as needed, including internationally.

Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
· Minimum 5 years' experience training IT subjects in the
classroom environment (mandatory)
· Experience developing ILT courseware for a Fortune 500
company.
· Should have developed at least 8-10 ILT courses in the last 4-
5 years.
· Time management, customer service, conflict management,
teamwork and communication skills a must.
· Excellent organization skills and able to work successfully
on a virtual team.
· Superior communication skills (oral and written).
